Refunds are given minus any processing fees. Cancellations more than 11 days prior to arrival date receive full refund minus processing fee, 3-11 days 75% refund minus processing fee and 2 days or less prior to arrival date no refund. Refunds can take up to 7-10 days, depending on your card or bank.
